Desla is Mud Administrator Emeritus (ie, retired) for DartMUD. He is primarily mentoring newer creators at this point, and is not very involved with the day-to-day workings of the mud. Desla is the lead creator over the city of Segliz. Don't bother emailing Desla about bugs: he's probably not the right person to talk to anyways. Post them on the bug board if you want to get things fixed.
