Bugs, Typos, and Ideas
Though some of the players here may think otherwise, the creators are not infallible beings, and can use a helping hand from time to time from players who are willing to take the time to document bugs and typos that they come across. The best place to do this is in the OOC area on the bug board (see the ooc_area helpfile).
The commands "bug", "typo", and "idea" may also be used.
A related command, "idea", allows players yet another chance to input their thoughts to Dartmud's dynamic atmosphere.
Command Syntax
bug rest of the line is text describing the error This is best used for recording bugs which occur in a specific room, or to jot down the line number reported by an error message when it occurs.
idea the rest of your cool idea goes here Ideas not pertaning to a specific room might better be posted on the OOC bulletin boards.
typo it should be spelled "correct", not "corrct" Use "typo" to note trivial typos that just affect aesthetics, and not game mechanics. Make sure you do the typo IN the room that has the error, and tell us what to look for. Most of us who read these logs have a good spelling skill, but you can help us out by telling us the right spelling.
