How to contact creators:
First - ask a fellow player. Chances are they will be able to answer your question or shed some light on the situation.
To report bugs, ideas, typos, complaints:
Use the OOC boards or the appropriate commands. (see the "ooc_area" and "bugs" helpfiles)
To report a registration problem while in Purgatory:
Use the "gripe" command.
To request a second character: Go to the Hall of Mortals in the OOC area and follow the instructions there, or gripe while in Purgatory.
To report cheating:
Tell to any creator on who*, post on the OOC Confidential board, or mudmail any creator. (or just kill the cheater.)
To report an emergency bug:
Use the tell command to any creator.*
To report something urgent but not an emergency: Tell to any creator on who*, or shout in Soriktos.
To report something to a specific creator:
Send mudmail.
