COMMAND HELP: INSCRIBE
Usage: inscribe spell [power]
This allows you to write magic scrolls which may then be invoked or learned from. The optional power argument allows you to indicate the percentage of the base spell cost you use in creating the scroll. The more power used, the larger the chance of successfully writing, and the more powerful the resulting scroll will be. The default power is 200%, and may not be less than 100%. Note that you cannot create a scroll that has more skill in a spell than you may have under any circumstances, though all scrolls may be of varying quality. Chance of success is based on your knowledge of the spell and your scroll writing skill. spell may be an index as described in 'cast'.
