If you are a registered member, you will be asked for your registration code. If you are not registered, you will be advised that you will be playing with unregistered privileges. (see also: help membership)
Next, you will be required to read the basic rules of the game and verify that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by them. (see also: help rules, help basic rules)
You will then meet one of the servants of Martin, God of Life. She will ask you to select your character's race, gender, relative size, and favorite stats. (see also: help races, help stats)
Once you have done that, you will be transferred to a starting location in the game, at which point, you're on your own.
