It is prohibited to use out-of-game or out-of-character communications to benefit your character or to harm other characters. This includes e-mail, ICQ, telephone, smoke signals, semaphore, etc.
Examples:
* Contacting someone to come rescue you after you died, etc. * Contacting someone to log in to the mud to help out in time of war, perform a reincarnation, write a spellbook, etc. * Contacting someone OOC to encourage or discourage, praise or threaten, reward or punish, a player for the actions of his or her character.
Based on several recent problems, the creators strongly recommend that players NOT share any IM (AIM, ICQ, MSN IM, Yahoo IM, etc.) addresses or phone number with any other players.
